Deposit Regulations
· Customers will deposit 30% of the total tour price.
· Customers will pay the remaining 70% of the total tour price upon arrival in Vietnam.
Note:
· After transferring money, please send a photo of the transaction document for confirmation.
· The time to transfer money from abroad to Vietnam usually takes about 1 – 5 working days. We will notify you of confirmation as soon as we receive the deposit.
· The tour program and price will only be confirmed when Ula Travel receives the deposit amount as prescribed. Late payment may lead to changes in the tour price due to objective reasons.
Tour Cancellation ConditionÂ
· If the customer cancels the tour 40 days in advance: 50% of the deposit will be refunded after deducting bank transfer fees.
· If the customer cancels the trip 21 – 30 days before the departure date, a penalty of 10% of the total tour price will be imposed.
· If the customer cancels the trip 15 – 20 days before the departure date, a penalty of 20% of the total tour price will be imposed.
· If the customer cancels the trip less than 15 days before the departure date, a penalty of 30% of the total tour price will be imposed.
· During the implementation of the program, if the customer cancels part or all of the pre-booked services abroad, Ula Travel will not be responsible for refunding the costs for unused services.
· If the cancellation of the program is due to force majeure, such as natural disasters or war, airline flight cancellations, weather, security, politics, etc., both parties will discuss and share the costs incurred and will set a new departure date (if necessary).
